Context: B.Sc. internship at Quality Pressings Company, Pithampur (M.P.) – observed end‑to‑end manufacturing of iron frames and rods.

Challenge: Production data was manually recorded with no structured analysis. Needed to identify process inefficiencies, quality deviations, and opportunities for improvement.

Solution: Conducted a comprehensive statistical analysis:

  • Manual data collection – output, defects, and process variations across production cycles
  • Exploratory Data Analysis (EDA) – summary statistics, distribution analysis, pattern identification
  • Statistical techniques – variance analysis, correlation, trend analysis, regression‑based reasoning
