Objective: Identify process inefficiencies and quality deviations using statistical methods.
Data Collection: Manually collected production data including output, defects, and process variations across multiple production cycles.
Statistical Techniques Applied: EDA (summary statistics, distribution analysis), variance analysis, correlation, trend analysis, and regression-based reasoning to evaluate process stability and quality.
