Context: Quality Pressings Company, Pithampur (M.P.) – observed end-to-end manufacturing of iron frames and rods.

Objective: Identify process inefficiencies and quality deviations using statistical methods.

Data Collection: Manually collected production data including output, defects, and process variations across multiple production cycles.

Statistical Techniques Applied: EDA (summary statistics, distribution analysis), variance analysis, correlation, trend analysis, and regression-based reasoning to evaluate process stability and quality.

Outcome: Identified patterns, outliers, and inefficiencies. Reported insights on the impact of process parameters on production outcomes.
